Pricing questions
Is Invoice to PDF really free?
Yes. Creating, downloading and sharing invoices, estimates and receipts is free with no limits, no watermark and no ads. A free account adds a dashboard with clients, statuses and history, and 3 email sends a month. Free is a plan, not a trial: it never expires.
What counts as a send?
One email to a client sent from Invoice to PDF, with the PDF attached and a link to the invoice page. Manual reminders count as sends too. Downloading a PDF, sharing a link yourself or sending from your own email never counts.
What happens after my 3 free sends?
Nothing is taken away. The invoice stays in your dashboard, you can still download it and send it from your own email, or start a 14-day Pro trial from the same button. The counter resets on the first of every month.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The Pro trial starts the first time you need a Pro feature, runs for 14 days and quietly returns you to Free if you do not subscribe. One trial per business.
Can I cancel, and is there a refund?
Cancel any time from Settings, self-serve, no email needed. If Pro is not for you, ask for a full refund within 30 days of your first payment.
Will the price go up?
Not for you. The price you subscribe at stays yours for as long as the subscription is active, even if we raise prices for new customers later.
What is the 1% payment fee?
When a client pays through Pay Now on the invoice page, Stripe charges its standard processing rate. On Free we add 1% on top; on Pro and Business we add nothing. Pay Now is optional on every plan.
When do Pro and Business launch?
Pro is being built now, starting with sending, reminders and recurring invoices. Business follows once teams ask for it. Create a free account and we will email you when Pro is ready.
