These terms apply to your use of Invoice to PDF (invoice-to-pdf.com, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. They are intentionally short — the Service is a free tool, and these terms match what it actually does.
The Service
Invoice to PDF is a free online invoice generator: you fill in invoice details and download the result as a PDF. No account is required. Invoices you download are also saved to a private Downloads list so you can restore them later. An optional free account adds a dashboard for your business details, clients and invoices. We may improve, change or discontinue features at any time; the PDFs you have already downloaded are yours and are never affected by such changes.
Your content
The information you enter and the invoices you generate are yours. You are responsible for what your invoices contain — including the accuracy of amounts, tax rates and party details — and for how you use the generated documents. You may use the PDFs you create for any lawful personal or commercial purpose, without attribution and without watermarks.
Accounts, downloads and sharing
You can optionally sign in — with an email link, Google or Facebook — to keep your downloads across devices and to use the dashboard; downloading as a guest keeps a Downloads list tied to a browser cookie. Your Downloads list has a secret share link: anyone who has the link can view that list, so treat the link like a password and share it only with people you trust. You can turn the link off in settings at any time. If you invite team members to your business, they can see and edit its clients and invoices; you are responsible for whom you invite. You can ask us to delete your downloads or account by emailing hello@invoice-to-pdf.com. You are responsible for activity under your session, and we may suspend accounts used to abuse the Service.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to create fraudulent, misleading or unlawful documents, to infringe anyone's rights, or to attack, overload, scrape at scale or otherwise disrupt the Service. We may block traffic that abuses the Service.
Not professional advice
The Service produces documents from the details you provide. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or accounting advice. Invoice requirements vary by country, state and situation — if you are unsure what your invoice must include, consult a qualified professional.
Our content
The Service itself — its design, code, name and site content — belongs to Invoice to PDF and may not be copied or resold as your own. This does not affect your ownership of the invoices you create.
No warranty
The Service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. We work to keep it fast and reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invoice to PDF and the people behind it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and its effective date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
